XKJ series inclined wheel feed granulator is a multi-functional granulator successfully developed by our company through continuous improvement and innovation on the basis of introducing German granulating technology.

Main performance characteristics:

1. The roller shell of this model adopts inclined wheel. The linear speed of both ends is consistent with that of the inner and outer rings of the die plate, and there is no dislocation friction between the wheel and the die, reducing resistance, reducing kinetic energy loss, and extending the service life of the die.

2. The central pressure regulating structure is adopted to adapt to different materials and ensure the pressing effect. The die is made of high-quality alloy steel, which improves the service life.

3. The machine is equipped with molds with various apertures of 2-15mm, which are suitable for granulation of different materials.

Scope of application:

It is mainly applicable to coarse fiber granulation, such as: wood chips, rice husks, cotton stalks, cotton seed hulls, weeds and other crop stalks, domestic waste, factory waste, granulation of materials with low adhesion rate and difficult to shape, low-temperature granulation of biological bacterial fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer and other fertilizers, as well as cattle and sheep feed containing more fiber, rabbit feed, etc.
